Consent of Persons with Interest in Property. The City, or its designee, shall have received written consent, in recordable form, from the holder of any lien, encumbrance, or other property interest (the "Holder"), which consent shall permit the conveyance of the Easement, shall acknowledge that the Easement shall run with the Property, and such other terms as the City may reasonably require.
