Consent of Secretary. Subject to the provisions of Section 11.01, no waiver pursuant to Section 10.04 shall be effective, and neither the Shipowner nor the Indenture Trustee shall enter into any Supplemental Indenture, without the prior written consent of the Secretary, and any purported action or attempt to take such action forbidden to be taken by this Section shall be null and void ab initio and of no legal effect.
