Common use of Consent of Spouse Clause in Contracts

Consent of Spouse. If any Key Holder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Key Holder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Key Holder’s shares of Transfer Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If any Key Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Consent of Spouse. Consent of Spouse. If any Key Affected Holder who is a natural person is married on the date of this Agreement, such Key Affected Holder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent of Spouse in the form of Exhibit A hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Key Affected Holder’s shares of Transfer Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If any Key Affected Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Affected Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Consent of Spouse. If any Key Holder Stockholder is married on the date of this Agreement, if requested by the Company, such Key HolderStockholder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form of Exhibit A hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Key HolderStockholder’s shares of Transfer Capital Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If any Key Holder Stockholder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, if requested by the Company, such Key Holder Stockholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

If any Key Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Investor’s or Key Holder’s shares of Transfer Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If any Investor or Key Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Investor or Key Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

If any Key Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Consent of Spouse. If any Key Designated Holder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Key Designated Holder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form of Exhibit A C hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on within thirty (30) days of the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Key Designated Holder’s shares of Transfer Common Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If any Key Designated Holder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Designated Holder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

If any Key Holder individual Stockholder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Key Holderowned by the Stockholder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent consent of Spouse spouse in the form of Exhibit A B hereto (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Key Holderowned by such Stockholder’s shares of Transfer Stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the parties. If any Key Holder individual Stockholder should marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Holder owned by the Stockholder shall within thirty (30) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.

Consent of Spouse. If any Key Common Holder is married on the date of this Agreement, such Key Common Holder’s spouse shall execute and deliver to the Company a Consent consent of Spouse spouse to the provisions set forth in this Agreement in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the form of Exhibit A hereto Company (“Consent of Spouse”), effective on the date hereof. Notwithstanding the execution and delivery thereof, such consent shall not be deemed to confer or convey to the spouse any rights in such Key Common Holder’s shares of Transfer Stock the Company’s capital stock that do not otherwise exist by operation of law or the agreement of the partiesCommon Holder and his or her spouse. If any Key Common Holder should shall marry or remarry subsequent to the date of this Agreement, such Key Common Holder shall as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter (and in any event within thirty (3030 days thereafter) days thereafter obtain his/her new spouse’s acknowledgement of and consent to the existence and binding effect of all restrictions contained in this Agreement by causing such spouse to execute and deliver a Consent of Spouse acknowledging the restrictions and obligations contained in this Agreement and agreeing and consenting to the same.
