Common use of Consent of the Subsidiary Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Consent of the Subsidiary Guarantors. Each of the Subsidiary Guarantors hereby consents, acknowledges and agrees to the amendments set forth herein and hereby confirms and ratifies in all respects the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement (including without limitation the continuation of such Subsidiary Guarantor’s payment and performance obligations thereunder upon and after the effectiveness of this Amendment and the amendments contemplated hereby) and the enforceability of the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement against such Subsidiary Guarantor in accordance with its terms.

Consent of the Subsidiary Guarantors. Each of the Subsidiary Guarantors Guarantor hereby consents, acknowledges and agrees to the amendments and waivers set forth herein and hereby confirms and ratifies in all respects the Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement to which such Subsidiary Guarantor is a party (including without limitation the continuation of such Subsidiary Guarantor’s payment and performance obligations thereunder upon and after the effectiveness of this Amendment Agreement and the amendments and waivers contemplated hereby) and the enforceability of the such Subsidiary Guaranty Agreement against such Subsidiary Guarantor in accordance with its terms.
