Common use of Consent of THL Clause in Contracts

Consent of THL. Unless otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, to the extent the consent of THL is required with respect to any provision of this Agreement (including, without limitation, with respect to the any designation or removal of the manager to be designated by RGHI and THL, as contemplated in Section 2.1(a)(iii) and the last sentence of Section 2.1(c)), consent shall be deemed given so long as written consent is granted by THL Refco Acquisition Partners or Xxxxxx X. Xxx Partners, L.P.
