Consent of Venturers. No assignee or transferee shall be deemed to be a Substitute Venturer or entitled to exercise or receive any rights, powers or benefits of a Venturer unless such assignee has been approved and accepted by the Venturers in accordance with Section 6.2.2(a), (b), (c) and (d).
