Common use of Consent to Additional Terms Clause in Contracts

Consent to Additional Terms. The TPA contains a provision which permits the Province to impose additional terms and conditions on the OCSA in respect of or in connection with the funding provided to the OCSA thereunder (of which the Funding forms part of) (the “Additional Terms”). If the OCSA becomes subject to Additional Terms, the Organization agrees that the OCSA may need to impose additional terms and conditions on the Organization that the OCSA determines are necessary for the OCSA to comply with the Additional Terms (and the Organization shall comply with any such additional terms and conditions).
