Common use of Consent to Advertising and Publicity Clause in Contracts

Consent to Advertising and Publicity. With the prior written consent of the Borrower, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, may issue and disseminate to the public information describing the credit accommodation entered into pursuant to this Agreement, including the name and address of the Borrower, the amount, interest rate, maturity, collateral for and a general description of the credit facilities provided hereunder and of the Borrower's business.

With the prior written consent of the Borrower, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, may issue and disseminate to the public information describing the credit accommodation entered into pursuant to this Agreement, including the name and address of the Borrower, the amount, interest rate, maturity, collateral for and a general description of the credit facilities provided hereunder and of the Borrower's business.

With the prior written consent of the BorrowerBorrowers, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, the Agent, on behalf of the Lenders, may issue and disseminate to the public information describing the credit accommodation entered into pursuant to this Agreement, including the name names and address addresses of the BorrowerBorrowers, the amount, interest rate, maturity, collateral for and a general description of the credit facilities provided hereunder and of the Borrower's businessBorrowers' business(es).
