Common use of Consent to Amendment and Restatement of Mortgage Indenture Clause in Contracts

Consent to Amendment and Restatement of Mortgage Indenture. Each holder of a Series X Bond, solely by virtue of its acquisition thereof, including as an owner of a book-entry interest therein, shall have and be deemed to have consented, without the need for any further action or consent by such holder, to the amendment and restatement of the Mortgage Indenture in substantially the form set forth in Schedule C appended to the Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture dated as of May 1, 2011, and all amendments and Supplemental Indentures thereto.

Each holder of a Series X V Bond, solely by virtue of its acquisition thereof, including as an owner of a book-entry interest therein, shall have and be deemed to have consented, without the need for any further action or consent by such holder, to the amendment and restatement of the Mortgage Indenture in substantially the form set forth in Schedule C appended to the Eighteenth Supplemental Indenture dated as of May 1, 2011, and all amendments and Supplemental Indentures thereto.
