Common use of Consent to amendments to this Scheme Clause in Contracts

Consent to amendments to this Scheme. If the Court proposes to approve this Scheme subject to any alterations or conditions: (a) APD may by its counsel consent on behalf of all persons concerned to those alterations or conditions to which Xxxxxx has consented (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed); and (b) each Scheme Shareholder agrees to any such alterations or conditions to which counsel for APD has consented.

Consent to amendments to this Scheme. If the Court proposes to approve this Scheme subject to any alterations or conditions: (a) APD Amcor may by its counsel consent on behalf of all persons concerned to those alterations or conditions to which Xxxxxx consent has consented (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed)been obtained in accordance with the terms of the Transaction Agreement; and (b) each Scheme Shareholder agrees to any such alterations or conditions to which counsel for APD Amcor has consentedconsented to.
