Common use of Consent to Assignment by the System Operating Companies Clause in Contracts

Consent to Assignment by the System Operating Companies. (a) Each System Operating Company hereby consents to the assignment under Article I and agrees with the Trustee to make payments or advances to the Trustee in the amounts and in the manner specified in Section 1.3 at the Trustee’s address as set forth in Section 6.1 hereof.
