Consent to Assignment of Lease to Lender. Tenant hereby consents to any assignment of this Lease by Landlord to or for the benefit of any Lender. Without limitation of the preceding sentence, Tenant hereby specifically consents to any Assignment of Lease and Rents executed by Landlord to and for the benefit of the Lender named herein.
