Common use of Consent to Assignment or Replacement Clause in Contracts

Consent to Assignment or Replacement. At the request of an Obligor, the Servicer may in its sole discretion consent to the assignment of the related Contract or the sublease of a unit of the Equipment relating to a Contract, so long as such Obligor remains liable for all of its obligations under such Contract. Upon the request of any Obligor, the Servicer may, in its sole discretion, provide for the substitution or replacement of any unit of Equipment for a substantially similar unit of Equipment, so long as such Obligor remains liable for all of its obligations under such Contract.
