Common use of Consent to Assignments to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Consent to Assignments to Trustee. The Borrower acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Series 20 Note and the assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.2, 3.6 and 3.8 hereof, and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this Loan Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.

Consent to Assignments to Trustee. The Borrower acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Series 20 2024D Note and the assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the 2024D Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.2, 3.6 and 3.8 hereof, and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this 2024D Loan Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.

The Borrower acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Series 20 2019C Note and the assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.2, 3.6 and 3.8 hereof, and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this Loan Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.

The Borrower acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Series 20 2022 Note and the assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.23.4, 3.6 and 3.8 hereof, hereof and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this Loan Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.

The Borrower acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Series 20 2024C Note and the assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the 2024C Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.23.5, 3.6 3.7 and 3.8 3.9 hereof, and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this 2024C Loan Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.

The Borrower acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Series 20 2016A Note and the assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.2, 3.6 and 3.8 hereof, and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this Loan Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.

Consent to Assignments to Trustee.
