Common use of Consent to Assignments to Trustee Clause in Contracts

Consent to Assignments to Trustee. The Company acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.4, 3.6 and 3.8 hereof and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this Financing Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.

Consent to Assignments to Trustee. The Company acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Issuer’s rights hereunder to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunder, to receive payments under Sections 3.4, 3.6 and 3.8 hereof and hereunder other than the rights of the Issuer to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this Financing Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof8.1 hereof and in addition to the rights retained by the Issuer pursuant to Section 6.1(c) hereof as well as those rights granted to the Issuer under Section 3.6 hereof and Section 4.3 of the Indenture.

Consent to Assignments to Trustee. The Company acknowledges and consents to the pledge and assignment of the Issuer’s 's rights hereunder and under the Taxpayer Agreement to the Trustee pursuant to the Indenture and agrees that the Trustee may enforce the rights, remedies and privileges granted to the Issuer hereunderhereunder and under the Taxpayer Agreement, to receive payments under Sections 3.4, Section 3.6 and 3.8 hereof and to execute and deliver supplements and amendments to this Financing Agreement pursuant to Section 7.1 hereof.
