Common use of Consent to Credit Check Clause in Contracts

Consent to Credit Check. Client authorizes AFEX to take all commercially-reasonable measures to confirm correctness of Client information and to assess Client’s ability to meet its obligations to AFEX. Reasonable measures include but are not limited to periodically requesting and obtaining Client credit and financial information, from credit bureaux and other sources of such information as may be relevant to assess Client’s credit risk and creditworthiness.

Consent to Credit Check. Client authorizes authorises AFEX to take all commercially-reasonable measures to confirm correctness of Client information and to assess Client’s ability to meet its obligations to AFEX. Reasonable measures include but are not limited to periodically requesting and obtaining Client credit and financial information, from credit bureaux and other sources of such information as may be relevant to assess Client’s credit risk and creditworthiness.

Consent to Credit Check. Client authorizes AFEX to take all commercially-reasonable measures to confirm correctness of Client information Client’s identity and to assess examine Client’s background with respect to Client’s ability to meet its Client’s obligations to AFEX. Reasonable measures will include but are not limited to periodically requesting the following: (i) on an ongoing basis, to request and obtaining Client credit and financial obtain Client’s information, which may be available from credit bureaux and other sources of such information as may be relevant bureaus to assess Client’s credit risk history and creditworthinesscredit rating; (ii) with credit bureaus, to provide and receive, on a regular basis, credit information concerning the Client to ensure that AFEX records are up to date.
