Common use of Consent to Credit Check Clause in Contracts

Consent to Credit Check. Client authorizes AFEX to take all commercially-reasonable measures to confirm correctness of Client information and to assess Client’s ability to meet its obligations to AFEX. Reasonable measures include but are not limited to periodically requesting and obtaining Client credit and financial information, from credit bureaux and other sources of such information as may be relevant to assess Client’s credit risk and creditworthiness.
