All disclosures and notices provided by us are deemed to be given and received by you immediately upon being sent to you by Secure Messaging or your electronic address, including those that may appear in your account statement from time to time. We are not required or obligated to provide any disclosure or notice to you by regular mail or by any other means other than electronically unless specifically required by law. If you withdraw your right for us to provide you with electronic delivery of such disclosures and notices we may terminate your access to the Online Banking System. Your computer or mobile access device must have the ability to save such disclosures and notices or print them which were sent to you electronically from us.
