Common use of Consent to Electronic Notice Clause in Contracts

Consent to Electronic Notice. You agree that unless otherwise specified, all notices required or contemplated hereunder will be provided by Wave by such means as Wave shall determine in its discretion. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that Wave may provide any notices required or contemplated hereunder or by applicable law, including notice of changes to this Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Price List(s) or the Privacy Notice, by electronic means (for example, email or online posting). An online version of the Agreement, the Terms of Use, the Subscriber Privacy Notice and any applicable Price List(s), as so changed from time to time, will be accessible at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx or another online location designated by Wave, or can be obtained by calling your local Wave office.
