Consent to Electronic Signature, Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed and delivered by electronic signature and in two or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument. The LEA(s) (including the Originating LEA and any Subscribing LEA(s)) and Provider agree and consent that delivery and execution of this Agreement and any modifications or amendments thereto may be accomplished electronically and that electronic signatures (within the meaning of the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act) to this Agreement by their respective signatories are intended to authenticate such signatures and to give rise to a valid, enforceable, and fully effective Agreement.
