Common use of Consent to Electronic Transaction Clause in Contracts

Participant(s) acknowledge that electronic records are being collected, maintained, stored and utilized for the Program and that automated agents have been used to determine identification and eligibility for the Program. Participant(s) consent to the use of electronic records in accordance with the State’s security policy and procedure for such records. In order to verify the Participant(s)’ identity and eligibility for the Program, NCORR requires that certain personal information be provided. By accepting the Grant Award, Participant(s) authorize NCORR to store and use the information provided by Participant(s) for such purposes, including information from third-party reports needed to process the application and Grant Amount.
