Common use of Consent to Incurrence of Senior Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Consent to Incurrence of Senior Indebtedness. Notwithstanding any provision of the Subordinated Loan Documents to the contrary, the Subordinated Administrative Agent and each of the Subordinated Lenders consents to the incurrence of the Senior Indebtedness in amounts up to the caps on the principal amount thereof set forth in the definition of Senior Indebtedness.
