Common use of Consent to Loan Participation Clause in Contracts

Consent to Loan Participation. The Borrower and the Guarantor agree and consent to the Bank's sale or transfer, whether now or later, of one or more participation interests in the Indebtedness of the Borrower arising pursuant to this Agreement to one or more purchasers, whether related or unrelated to the Bank. The Bank may provide, without any limitation whatsoever, to any one or more purchasers, or potential purchasers, any information or knowledge the Bank may have about the Borrower and the Guarantor or about any other matter relating to such Indebtedness, and the Borrower and the Guarantor hereby waive any rights to privacy they may have with respect to such matters. The Borrower and the Guarantor also agree that the purchasers of any such participation interest will be considered as the absolute owners of such interests in such Indebtedness.

Consent to Loan Participation. The Borrower and the Guarantor agree and consent to the Bankany Lender's sale or transfer, whether now or later, of one or more participation interests in the Indebtedness of the Borrower arising pursuant to this Agreement to one or more purchasers, whether related or unrelated to the Banksuch Lender. The Bank Such Lender may provide, without any limitation whatsoever, to any one or more purchasers, or potential purchasers, any information or knowledge the Bank such Lender may have about the Borrower and the Guarantor or about any other matter relating to such Indebtedness, and the Borrower and the Guarantor hereby waive any rights to privacy they may have with respect to such matters. The Borrower and the Guarantor also agree that the purchasers of any such participation interest will be considered as the absolute owners of such interests in such Indebtedness.
