Common use of CONSENT TO MARKET Clause in Contracts

CONSENT TO MARKET. Faircom and/or any of its associated businesses shall at all times be entitled to communicate with and market its products and services to the Subscriber by way of flyers, email and/or SMS campaigns. The Subscriber consents to receiving correspondence and marketing material and shall have the right to opt-out of such communication and marketing at any time and shall provide Faircom with written notice to this effect.
