Consent to Modification, Termination or Surrender. So long as any Mortgage remains in effect, this Agreement shall not be modified, and Landowner shall not accept a surrender of any of the Property or a termination or release of this Agreement by Lessee and any Assignee or Tenant prior to expiration of all periods described in Section 4 and Section 5.2, without the prior written consent of all Lenders.
