CONSENT TO OPTIONAL REDEMPTIONS. Each of Owner Participant, Owner Trustee and Mortgagee agrees with Lessee not to cause an optional redemption of the Equipment Notes without Lessee's consent except as set forth in Section 2.13 of the Trust Indenture.
