Consent to Sublease. Pursuant to Section 9.01 and Section 9.05 of the Lease, Landlord hereby consents to a sublease of the entire Premises by BSC to TV or an affiliate of TV (“Subtenant”) pursuant to a sublease agreement (the “Sublease”) on substantially the same terms and conditions as the Lease.
