Common use of Consent to Subprocessing Clause in Contracts

Consent to Subprocessing. Customer consents to Google subcontracting the processing of Customer Data to Subprocessors in accordance with the Agreement. If the Model Contract Clauses have been entered into as described above, Customer (or, if applicable, an authorized Customer Affiliate) consents to Google Inc. subcontracting the processing of Customer Data in accordance with the terms of the Model Contract Clauses.
