CONSENT TO TERMINAL RULES. The use of the Terminal shall constitute a consent by Vessel Party to all of the terms and conditions of these Terminal Rules, and evidences an agreement on the part of Vessel Party to pay all charges specified herein and be governed by these Terminal Rules.
