Consent to use information. The Train Operator consents to the use by the CVL IM of any data or information supplied by the Train Operator in the course of complying with its Safety Obligations, for the purpose of:
(a) monitoring the Train Operator’s performance of its obligations under this contract; and
(b) calculating the amount of Track Charges.
Consent to use information. You hereby consent to the collection of your personal information including your sensitive personal information by the Company in relation to your employment at the Company, including for the purposes of conducting background checks and screens, and for the processing of your benefits while you are employed with the Company. You further consent to the Company sharing such personal information with authorized third parties for legitimate purposes in connection with the Company’s business and in compliance with applicable law.

You hereby authorize and consent to the collection, storage and use by Company and its affiliates, partners, agent, of any information and data related to or derived from Your use of the Software, and any information or data that You provide to Company and its affiliates, partners and licensors (“Information”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Information shall include, without limitation, the following types of information and data in aggregate (not user level) form: search requests, search results, patterns, data and suggestions based on user actions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, You shall not provide or disclose and the Information shall not include any information or data that is personally identifiable to You. The Information will be treated as being non-confidential, nonproprietary, and Company assumes no obligation to protect confidential or proprietary information (other than personally identifiable information) from disclosure and will be free to reproduce, use, and distribute the Information to others without restriction. We will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in the Information for any purpose whatsoever including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services incorporating such Information.
Consent to use information. The Member District acknowledges that the MEUHP may utilize certain information provided by the Member District for analytical purposes, as long as such use is consistent with the business associate agreements executed between the parties. The Member District consents to such use of information by the MEUHP.
Consent to use information. Participant Subscriber acknowledges that the information available through the HRIS/MLS Service and its availability through the HRIS/MLS Service are subject to the continued consent of any supplying third party. If at any time any supplying third party consent is withdrawn, all information supplied by such party shall be removed from the HRIS/MLS Database.
Consent to use information. 6.1 The Licensee agrees with this notice that the Licensor company may collect, store, process and use diagnostic, technical, related and other information about the use of the Program, including, but not limited to, unique system or hardware identifiers, information about a computer and equipment, system software and applications, additional devices, about the use of the functionality of the Program, problems in the operation of the Program, which is periodically collected in order to activate the Program, improve the functionality of the Program, facilitate the process of interaction between the Licensor and the Program, improve technical support services, including those provided under a separate agreement (if any).
6.2 In connection with the foregoing in clause 6.1, the Licensor assumes obligations to the Licensee not to disclose the information received to third parties.
6.3 Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement means your familiarization and acceptance of the terms of processing your information, which is always processed in accordance with the rules of the Privacy Policy located on the Website of the Licensee's website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx/privacypolicy.php.
Consent to use information. Subscriber acknowledges that information available through the MRIS® Service is provided with the consent of the Principal Broker Subscriber and third-party licensors. MRIS® has the right to remove information from the MRIS® Database at anytime if MRIS® determines the information is or may be infringing or otherwise violates or may violate rights of any third-party or MRIS’s right to include such information in the MRIS® Database which has been terminated for any reason.
Consent to use information. You agree that Greatland may track and gather data regarding your use of the Software and forms contained within the Software. Apart from such usage data, however, Greatland will not collect any personally identifiable information other than such applicable information as is necessary to file the federal and/or state tax documents. Greatland will not use any information included on tax forms filed through the Software for any purpose other than to file the information with the appropriate tax agency and maintain an archived copy of such forms for an appropriate period. For all information other than information included on tax forms filed through the Software, you hereby authorize and consent to collection, storage and use, by Greatland and its affiliates, partners and agents, of any such information and data related to or derived from your use of the Software, and any such information or data that you provide to Greatland and its affiliates, partners and licensors (“Information”). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Information will include, without limitation, the following types of information and data, in an aggregate (not user level) form: search requests, search results, patterns, data and suggestions based on user actions. The Information will be treated as being non-confidential and nonproprietary, and Greatland assumes no obligation to protect confidential or proprietary information (other than all information on tax forms and other personally identifiable information) from disclosure and will be free to reproduce, use, and distribute the Information to others without restriction. Greatland will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in the Information for any purpose whatsoever including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services incorporating such Information.
Consent to use information. By signing below, the Shareholder consents to the disclosure of the information contained herein and the inclusion of such information in the Registration Statement and the related prospectus and any amendments or supplements thereto. The Shareholder hereby acknowledges and understands that such information will be relied upon by the Company in connection with the preparation or amendment of the Registration Statement and the related prospectus.
Consent to use information. Imagine Products and its affiliates will also be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any suggestion or feedback received from You regarding the Applications for any purpose whatsoever including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and services incorporating such information.
