Consent to use information. The Train Operator consents to the use by the CVL IM of any data or information supplied by the Train Operator in the course of complying with its Safety Obligations, for the purpose of: (a) monitoring the Train Operator’s performance of its obligations under this contract; and (b) calculating the amount of Track Charges.
