Consent to Use Licensee Data. Licensee hereby irrevocably grants all such rights and permissions in or relating to Licensee Data: (a) to NCIT, its Subcontractors and the NCIT Personnel as are necessary or useful to perform the Services; and (b) to NCIT as are necessary or useful to enforce this Agreement and exercise its rights and perform its obligations hereunder.
