Consent to Wastewater Treatment Facilities. The City understands that the District(s), or Developer, will prepare an application to the TCEQ, or its successor agency, for a Chapter 321 authorization to treat and dispose wastewater generated by the development that is subject to this Agreement. The City will submit the application to the TCEQ.
