Consents, Amendments, Waivers. All amendments, waivers or consents of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only if the same shall be in writing and signed by the Requisite Creditors referred to in clause (a) of the definition thereof, the Credit Facility Agent and the Collateral Agent.
