Common use of Consents and authorisations Clause in Contracts

Consents and authorisations. (a) All authorisation, exemptions and other matters required by it in connection with the entry into, performance, validity and enforceability of, and the transactions contemplated by, the Finance Documents have been obtained or effected or will be obtained or effected prior to the date required by law. (b) The Licence is in full force and effect.
