Common use of Consents and authorisations Clause in Contracts

Consents and authorisations. The Borrower will obtain: (i) every consent, authorisation, licence or approval of, or registration with or declaration to, governmental or public bodies or authorities or courts; and (ii) every notarisation, filing, recording, registration or enrolment in any court or public office in Israel, in each case required by the Borrower to authorise in connection with, the execution, delivery, validity, enforceability or admissibility in evidence of the Finance Documents or the performance of its respective obligations under the Finance Documents to which it is a party.
