Consents and Elections. J&J and Kenvue shall prepare, sign and timely file (or cause to be prepared, signed and timely filed) any consents, elections and other documents and take any other actions, in each case, solely to the extent necessary or appropriate to effect the filing of the Tax Returns described in Section 3.01.
