Common use of Consents and Regulatory Approvals Clause in Contracts

Consents and Regulatory Approvals. No Consent, Regulatory Approval or filing with, notice to, or waiver from any Governmental Authority is required to be obtained or made by the Guarantor or its Affiliates in connection with the execution and delivery of, and performance by the Guarantor or its Affiliates of its obligations under, this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby.
