Consents and Uses. The musician, upon acceptance of an engagement under the terms of this Agreement, shall permit his or her performance to be broadcast or recorded without additional payment above what is due under clauses 2-10 inclusive of this Agreement, subject to the following conditions: A points system will be applied to the following categories of broadcasting and recording:
