Common use of Consents and Voting Clause in Contracts

Consents and Voting. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 6.03(a) with respect to the General Partner in its capacity as such, a Partner (including the General Partner with respect to any Partnership Interest it may have as a Limited Partner) may grant or withhold its consent or vote its interest in its sole discretion, without regard to the interests of the Partnership or any other Partner.
