Common use of Consents, Approvals, Etc Clause in Contracts

Consents, Approvals, Etc. No consents, approvals, acknowledgements, undertakings, non-disturbance agreements, directions or other documents or instruments are required to be entered into by any Person, to make effective the Security created or intended to be created by the Obligors in favour of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Security Documents and to ensure the perfection and the intended priority of such Security.

Consents, Approvals, Etc. No consents, approvals, acknowledgements, undertakings, non-disturbance agreements, directions or other documents or instruments are required to be entered into by any Person, Person (i) to make effective the Security created or intended to be created by the Obligors in favour of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Security Documents and or (ii) to ensure the perfection and the intended priority of such Security.

Consents, Approvals, Etc. No consents, approvals, acknowledgements, undertakings, non-disturbance agreements, directions or other documents or instruments which have not already been provided to, or the requirement for delivery thereof waived by, the Administrative Agent are required to be entered into by any Person, to make effective the Security created or intended to be created by the Obligors in favour of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Security Documents and to ensure the perfection and the intended priority of such Security.

Consents, Approvals, Etc. No consents, approvals, acknowledgements, undertakings, non-disturbance agreements, directions or other documents or instruments which have not already been provided to the Administrative Agent are required to be entered into by any Person, Person (i) to make effective the Security created or intended to be created by the Obligors in favour of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Security Documents and Documents, (ii) to ensure the perfection and the intended priority of such SecuritySecurity and (iii) to implement the transactions contemplated hereby.
