Common use of Consents, Approvals or Waivers Clause in Contracts

Consents, Approvals or Waivers. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement, Purchaser’s execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement (and any document required to be executed and delivered by Seller on the Closing Date) is not and will not be subject to any consent, approval, or waiver from any government or other third person, except for the AXX Approval and Regulatory Approvals.
