Common use of Consents; Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Consents; Authorizations. All consents, authorizations, orders or approvals of, and filings or registrations with and the expiration of all waiting periods imposed by, any third party, including, without limitation, any federal, state or local commission, board or other regulatory body, lender, lessor, licensor or supplier which are required for or in connection with the execution and delivery of this Agreement by OWHC and OWE and the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been duly obtained or made and shall be in full force and effect.
