Consents; Licenses. Lessee shall have reason to believe that the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals shall issue to Lessee promptly after the Closing a license to operate the Hospital and all presently authorized supplemental and special services shall be so authorized for Lessee on and after Closing. In addition, Lessee shall have received reasonably satisfactory evidence that, following Closing, Lessee shall not be subject to property taxes during the first ten years of the term of the Lease.
