Common use of Consents, Licenses, Etc Clause in Contracts

Consents, Licenses, Etc. All necessary consents and approvals, including of any Governmental Authorities or third parties, for each Contributor to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby and the other Formation Transactions shall have been obtained. The Operating Partnership shall have received all licenses, permits, certificates, approvals and other authorizations from the appropriate Governmental Authorities that are necessary in connection with the transfer of the Ownership Interests, the operation of the Properties and the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
