Common use of Consents of Lenders, Lessors and Other Third Parties Clause in Contracts

Consents of Lenders, Lessors and Other Third Parties. The Seller shall have received all requisite consents and approvals of all lenders, lessors and other third parties 25 whose consent or approval is required in order for the Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, those set forth on Schedule 2.3 attached hereto.

Consents of Lenders, Lessors and Other Third Parties. The Seller shall have received all requisite the consents and approvals of all lenders, lessors and other third parties 25 whose consent or approval is required in order for the Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, including without limitation, those set forth on Schedule 2.3 attached heretothe landlord at the premises at 451 X Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxxx xxx USTrust, the Seller's senior secured creditor.

The Seller shall have received all requisite consents and approvals of all lenders, lessors and other third parties 25 whose consent or approval is required in order for the Seller to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, including, without limitation, those set forth on Schedule 2.3 attached hereto, and such consents and approvals shall be reasonably satisfactory to the Buyer and its counsel, and copies thereof shall be delivered to the Buyer at or prior to the Closing.
