Common use of Consents of Third Parties; Modification of Agreements Clause in Contracts

Consents of Third Parties; Modification of Agreements. The Company shall have duly obtained modifications of or waivers under the agreements described in Section 5.01(c)(ii) amending or waiving any right to acceleration, redemption or increase of any payment or obligation of the Company or its Subsidiaries which could arise as a result of the transactions contemplated hereby, which modifications or waivers shall be in a form reasonably satisfactory to the Purchaser.
