Common use of Consents or Approvals Required Clause in Contracts

Consents or Approvals Required. Except for the filing of any notice which may be required under applicable Federal or state securities law (which, if required, has been or shall be filed on a timely basis as may be so required), no authorization, consent, approval or other order of, or declaration to or filing with, any governmental agency or body or other person or entity is required for the valid authorization, execution, delivery and performance by the Corporation of this Agreement or any of the Related Agreements.
