Consents; Proxy Statement. Promptly following the execution of this Agreement, EXTECH will use its best efforts to obtain consents of all Bodies and other Persons necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. EXTECH will furnish the Shareholders with a copy of the Proxy Statement for their review and comment at least two (2) days prior to the filing thereof with the SEC.
