Consents Required. The decision whether to bring, maintain or settle any such claims subject to ARTICLE VIII shall be jointly made. With respect to Licensed Intellectual Property, neither party shall or have a right to initiate any such litigation, opposition, cancellation or related legal proceedings without the consent of the other party.
