Consents Under Lease. The Owner Participant covenants and agrees that it shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to any consent requested of the Owner Trustee, as Lessor, under the terms of the Lease which by its terms is not to be unreasonably withheld by the Owner Trustee, as Lessor.
